-
See your streak
A calendar of the days you trained and your streak. Rest days are fine. Holds grow longer as you level up.

Questions
What are Kegel exercises?
They are exercises for your pelvic floor muscles: you squeeze them, hold, and relax, a few minutes a day. Keglo guides the rhythm so you know exactly when to squeeze and when to let go. Your physio, midwife or doctor can tell you what is right for you.
What is free, and what is Keglo Pro?
The Long holds and Quick flicks programmes, reminders, levels, the progress calendar and your streak are free, for good. Keglo Pro adds the Elevator, Endurance, After birth and After prostate surgery programmes. It is monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase, all through Apple.
Can I use it without anyone noticing?
Yes. Discreet mode guides you with vibration only, with no sound at all. The exercises themselves are invisible.
Is Keglo a treatment?
No. Keglo is an exercise guide, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. The After birth and After prostate surgery programmes are gentle routines with long rests. Talk to your physio or doctor before you start, especially after birth or surgery.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. There is no account, and your exercise history is not put in iCloud, in Apple Health or on our server.
