Privacy Policy

Keglo is a pelvic floor (Kegel) exercise trainer. Keglo is made by JCOM LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for any personal data described in this policy. The short version: your exercise history stays on your iPhone. There is no account, we don't know who you are, and what you do in the app is never linked to you.

What the app stores, and where

• Your finished sets (date and time, programme, level, length and number of repetitions) are stored on your device, in a small file in the app's private storage. Your settings (daily goal, level, session length, reminder times, sound, voice, vibration and discreet mode) are stored on your device too. The app does not store any of this in iCloud or in Apple Health. The full history never leaves your device; only the anonymous events described below are sent. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
• Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They never pass through a server.
• Spoken cues ("squeeze", "relax") are produced by iOS on your device. The app does not use the microphone.

What we collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, precise locations, contacts, or your exercise history.

• Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. To understand which features are used and to fix crashes, the app sends anonymous events (such as "set finished" with the name of the programme, for example "Long holds" or "After birth", onboarding steps, "paywall viewed", or which Keglo Pro plan was started or bought) and crash reports (Apple's diagnostic reports from MetricKit) to our own server (telemetry.jcom.llc), run by JCOM LLC. They carry a random install ID that is not linked to any person, name or account, plus the app version, the iOS version, the language and the App Store country. They never contain your exercise history, the times or lengths of your sets, or any health measurements. They are not used for advertising or to build a profile. When a crash report arrives, the server also records the IP address it came from and the country derived from it, to find problems that affect a region; this is kept only as long as needed to fix the crash. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services.
• Purchases. Keglo Pro is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your name, payment details or Apple ID. The app only learns from Apple whether Pro is active; the anonymous events above record which plan was chosen, never who chose it.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message to answer it. We don't add you to any list.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing of data with anyone.
• No account. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to.
• No Apple Health, no iCloud, no location, camera, microphone or contacts access.

Your choices and rights

• Delete everything the app holds by deleting the app.
• Turn reminders off in the app, or for the whole app in iOS Settings → Notifications → Keglo.
• Turn off crash reports and analytics for all apps in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
• Where a law such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California) gives you rights to access, correct, delete or port personal data, or to object to its processing, you can exercise them by emailing us. We do not sell or share personal data as defined by the CCPA. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data retention and security

Anonymous usage and crash data is kept only as long as needed to understand and fix problems. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to answer it. Data on your device is protected by iOS device encryption and is never transmitted to us.

Health information

Keglo is an exercise guide, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to your physio or doctor about which exercises are right for you, especially after birth or surgery.

Children

Keglo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
